Bring a yoga mat. Mats are also available to borrow, but please wipe down the mat with provided cleaner after use.

Masks are optional for vaccinated students, required for unvaccinated students.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class, if possible. The studio doors will open 15 minutes prior to the class start time.

Wear comfortable clothing, tie your hair back if long, and be prepared to work barefoot.

Children aged 10 and over are welcome to participate in Mindful/Gentle Yoga and Restorative classes if they are able to practice in a manner that is respectful of others.

R&B Slow Flow Yoga
In this practice you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully while listening to the sounds of R&B music. Even the transitions between the poses become like a graceful dance. This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state. This is an inclusive class, all skill levels are welcome. Beginner friendly.

Yoga Flow
Breathe, focus, move, stretch, and balance. This practice consists of postures
designed to synchronize breath with movement. The class moves at a
smoothly flowing, moderately rigorous pace with attention
to proper alignment, introducing students to postures essential for strength,
flexibility and balance. Modifications are provided to accommodate
beginner students. This class assists in bringing the mind into a state of
balance and stillness. There may also be opportunities to safely explore
more challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions.
All levels welcome.

Beginner Yoga
Perfect for beginning yoga students as well as students of all-levels looking to refresh the central importance of the physical practice. This class will teach individuals the basic fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, which places the body with intention and purpose. Students will learn yogic breathing, how to connect breath to movement through aligning the body, building strength, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading to relaxation and stress relief. If you are looking for a basic understanding of poses, want a slower paced class, or if you need to take a break from more vigorous styles of yoga - this could be your class! Students need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
Beginner friendly and all-levels welcome.

Candlelight Yin Yoga
An all-levels practice consisting of postures supported by the use of
propsmeant for your body and mind to relax deeper using breath,
stillness and gravity. It is a practice of rest and restore that can
complement your regular yoga practice or other fitness modalities.
Practicing few poses with sustained hold times, Yin yoga allows for the slow
and deep release of myofascial tissue, ligaments, tendons and gentle compression
of bones and joints. This is a perfect class to ease into your week with this gentle combination of restorative postures and meditation. Opening up the body and mind, this candlelit yin will illuminate even the most difficult to access parts of ourselves and will leave you with a peaceful spaciousness, ready to take on the rest of your week! Sunrise Yoga
In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time”and when an individual's spiritual energy is at its peak. Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive
attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead. This flow class is great for All Levels.
Yoga + Dance Fusion
Join Deanna for an invigorating fitness session that seamlessly blends
beginner-friendly yoga postures with simple dance moves to help alleviate
stress and anxiety. This unique practice aids in releasing pent-up emotions
often harbored in the body. Engaging in dance movements can foster a sense
of empowerment, preparing you for a more vibrant and fruitful day. Whether
you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class caters to all levels of
experience. Prepare to unwind, enjoy moments of laughter, break a sweat, and revel in a
delightful and energizing session.

Slow Flow
A flow-style yoga class that moves more slowly than a regular flow. These classes move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. A good fit for those who are new to yoga, looking to de-stress or wanting to take a Flow class at a calmer pace.
