Restorative Yoga is an excellent pathway to quiet the mind and calm

the body. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets,

restorative postures release tension and encourage surrender into a

deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. Restorative yoga classes are

perfect for all levels of experience, and stages of flexibility. Beginner

friendly.

The class moves at a smoothly flowing, moderately rigorous pace with attention to proper alignment, introducing students to postures essential for strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications are provided to accommodate beginner students. This class assists in bringing the mind into a state of balance and stillness. There may also be opportunities to safely explore more challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions. All levels welcome.

Beginner Yoga

Perfect for beginning yoga students as well as students of all-levels

the body, building strength, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading

to relaxation and stress relief.  If you are looking for a basic

understanding of poses, want a slower paced class, or if you need to take

a break from more vigorous styles of yoga - this could be your class!
