Molly Ward is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from The University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work. She has twenty years experience working with children and adolescents as a School Social Worker and Special Education Administrator. In addition, Molly has worked in community mental health, specifically supporting pre-teens and teens in crisis.  
 
Molly utilizes a systems approach and strengths-based perspective when working with children, adolescents and families. Molly views her clients as part of a larger system in which they are influenced and shaped by the world around them. Molly works to help her clients identify their strengths, develop healthy coping skills and find positive ways to achieve their goals.
